Some sites you’ll find me on

LibraryThing – a great place to catalog the books you have, or have read. I’ve been working on putting in all the books I have, and have most of them now, but there are still a few to be entered. If all the foreigners in the city used this, we’d be able to see if the book we want to read is available to borrow, or just browse others’ collections at leisure. Lacking a public library, this would be a great alternative!

Ravelry – a knit and crochet community, you have to sign up and then wait for them to send you an invitation before you can join, but it’s not really exclusive, they just control the number of people who join each day that way. It’s still a young site and in “beta” but it has so many wonderful features! You can show off pictures of projects you’ve made, browse or search patterns and see how they’ve turned out when others made them, post in a wide variety of forums, and much more.

YouTube – I just have a few videos of life in general there, and some “favorites” and “subscriptions” that are fun/nice/interesting to watch!
